The customer is a custom pool construction company located in Timișoara, which also sells pool maintenance products and various accessories.

Product:

I collaborated with AS Piscine to develop a presentation website with an online store dedicated to their custom pool construction services, pool construction products, and pool maintenance accessories. AS Piscine provides comprehensive solutions for customers looking to build and maintain personalized pools.

Project Duration:

The project lasted for 4 months and included the complete development of the website, from design to implementation.

Problem:

AS Piscine wanted to showcase their pool construction services and provide an online platform for selling pool construction products and accessories. They did not have an online presence yet and were aware of the need to be accessible to potential customers 24/7.

Goal:

The goal of this project was to create a modern, informative website, and a functional online store that presents pool construction services, construction products, and pool accessories. It aimed to allow customers to make online purchases.

Our Role:

In this project, we served as the Designer and UX Developer. Our responsibilities included:

Design and UX Development

We developed a website with the following features:

• Attractive Homepage: Captivating design with images of pools built by AS Piscine and the services offered.
• Service Presentation: Detailed sections describing the pool construction process, the range of products, and available accessories.
• Online Store: Integration of an online store with product categories, detailed descriptions and images, and secure purchase and payment options.
• Contact and Support Form: Simple ways for visitors to request personalized quotes and assistance.
• Reviews and Testimonials: Authentic opinions from satisfied customers and successfully completed projects.

Impact

The developed website had a significant impact on awareness and increased sales for AS Piscine. This project underscored the importance of professional presentation and a user-friendly online purchasing experience to attract and retain customers. We learned that a well-designed and developed website can be a valuable resource for promoting a business's services and products.
